Minchi

After a 2 month hiatus, I’m finally cooking again. I guess I’m pretty much a social cook. Prefer cooking for loved ones or parties. It’s hard to be inspired to cook for one self.

I saw a pack of discounted minced beef at cold storage which was still reddish and decided that it was minchi time again.
